The on-campus apartments consist of two apartment complexes, Millbrook Square and Village East. The total number of residents is around four hundred upperclass students. The on-campus apartment staff is made up of six RAs, two in Village East and one in each Millbrook building. Specific information about the apartments is below.

Village East | Millbrook Square

As the newest apartment building, Village East opened in the Fall of 2008. Village East consists of mostly four person, single room apartments.  Amenities include furnished bedrooms, living rooms, and dining area;  kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and stove; two bathrooms per apartment; building common rooms; common laundry facilities; full extra-long beds; and close proximity to The Village for dining, mail services, meeting space, computer labs, and classrooms. Please note that all apartments do not include housekeeping services for common areas and bathrooms.

Millbrook Square Apartments

Millbrook Square Apartment consists of four buildings in the Northwest corner of the Danforth Campus. These four apartment buildings are composed of between fourteen and sixteen units. These units range in size from three to eight person apartments. Each unit also contains a living/dining room, bathroom(s), and kitchen.  Millbrook Square apartments offer amenities such as: balconies in some suites; furnished living rooms and bedrooms; computer lab; community laundry facilities in every basement; full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, and stoves; a quad with outdoor pool; and close proximity to The Village with dining, mail service, classrooms, and meeting spaces. Please note that all apartments do not include housekeeping services for common areas and bathrooms.

  • 8 five-person units (three singles)

  • 8 three-person units (all singles)

Millbrook Building Three consists of:

  • 1 three-person unit (all singles)
  • 5 four-person units (two singles)
  • 2 five-person units (three singles)
  • 1 five-person unit (all singles)
  • 5 seven-person units (all singles)

Millbrook Building Four consists of:

  • 1 five-person unit (three singles)
  • 5 five-person units (all singles)
  • 3 six-person units (all singles)
  • 6 eight-person units (all singles)
