Rosedale Court Apartments 
The Rosedale Court Apartments are a short walk from campus in the Skinker/Debaliviere neighborhood. They are furnished one and two bedroom apartments that were fully renovated during the summer of 2002.
The building is located at the corner of Waterman and Rosedale in the historic Skinker-DeBaliviere neighborhood. The Danforth Campus is a short walk away—with The Sam Fox School and School of Engineering a quick 10-minute walk.

Greenway Place Apartments
Conveniently located just south of "The Loop" in University City, Greenway Apartments are a short walk from the Danforth Campus along the Ackert Walkway (over Forest Park Parkway). Apartments were renovated during the summer of 2002 and 2003.
Greenway Apartments have 72 units. 20 units are two-story 'townhouse' style apartments with three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and one bath. 23 units have three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and one bath. 18 units have two bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and one bath. 11 units have one bedroom, living room, kitchen, and one bath.

Waterman Court Apartments
Waterman Court apartments offer 2 bedroom apartments with full kitchens. Waterman Court is in the historic Skinker-DeBaliviere neighborhood and made up of 4 buildings that have separate front entrances. Apartments have air conditioning, are fully furnished, have hardwood floors, unique arched doorways, University internet and phone, connections for fee-based cable services, and wood molding. Laundry is located in the basement of the complex with indoor access for all apartments.

University Drive Apartments
Conveniently located just south of "The Loop" and across from the Danforth Campus in University City, University Drive Apartments are off-campus, but a quick walk to campus. University Drive has mostly 3-person units (with a few 4-person units) that offer a classic living style with furnished living rooms and bedrooms. Each apartment has a full kitchen and many units have the original hardwood floors.

University Terrace Apartments
University Terrace Apartments are the newest off-campus apartment offering from Residential Life. Located at 6490 Enright (between Eastgate and Westgate), University Terrace is conveniently only one block north of the Loop. All apartments come furnished and there are 6 efficiency apartments, 30 one-bedroom apartments, and 7 two-bedroom apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and kitchen. University Terrace will be updated this summer, including the units and security measures.
University Terrace also has 8 two story townhouses available for next year. They each have two single bedrooms upstairs with one bathroom, and have a kitchen and living room area on the first floor.
